Worked with California cable operators to make KQED Channel 9 and KQEC Channel 32, the most carried public TV stations in California. The reach of these stations far exceeded their broadcast footprint in California, Nevada and Oregon. Developed government relations policies at the state and local levels to protect public broadcasting.
